How do I use this calculator?

It’s very simple. Just enter the starting date of your last period and then enter the average duration(Cycle length) of your period.

For example: If your last period started on 10th January and the average cycle length of your period is 30 days, then in the first box, select the date as 10th and in the second box select the number as 30.

After calculating it will show your due date.

Is this calculator accurate?

In India, from the time a lady is pregnant, our family members keep us on our toes when the baby is due to be born. So, we can understand your anxiety and that’s why why you are here to know your baby’s due date.

But an online calculator gives an estimated result. According to an online media company babycenter only 1 in 20 women gives birth on due dates.

Because pregnancy depends on many factors, even an ultrasound test can not give 100% accurate results.

These tools can only be used for estimated dates and not for accurate dates. Please keep in touch with your doctor to know the progress and development of your baby.

How to count pregnancy after missed period?

A missed period can be an early sign of pregnancy, but there are other reasons it can happen too. So if you think you might be pregnant, wait a week or two and then take a home pregnancy test. If the test is positive, make an appointment with your doctor to confirm the results and get started on prenatal care.

If you’re not pregnant, there are a few things that could be causing your missed period including stress, dieting, and excessive exercise. If it’s been more than two months since your last period and you’re not pregnant, see your doctor to rule out any underlying medical issues.

Which trimester is the most critical?

There is no one “most critical” trimester during pregnancy – each trimester is important in its own way. However, the first trimester is especially crucial because it’s when the baby’s organs are forming. So any exposure to harmful substances – like alcohol, nicotine, or certain medications – can have a potentially harmful effect on the baby.

It’s also important for pregnant women to get enough nutrients during the first trimester since that’s when the baby’s brain and body are growing fastest.

When does pregnancy symptoms start showing?

This is a tricky question since every pregnancy is different. Some women experience early pregnancy symptoms right away, while others may not notice any changes for a few weeks. However, there are some general changes that tend to occur during pregnancy, so if you’re wondering when pregnancy symptoms start showing, here’s what you need to know.

One of the earliest signs of pregnancy is a missed period. For many women, this is usually the first symptom they notice. Other early signs of pregnancy can include changes in appetite, fatigue, tender breasts, and nausea or vomiting (also known as “morning sickness”).

These symptoms can begin as early as two weeks after conception, although they usually appear around the fourth week.

When can you hear baby's heartbeat?

You can generally start to hear your baby’s heartbeat during your second pregnancy trimester, around 12–16 weeks. If you’re having a transabdominal ultrasound, which is common in the second trimester, the technician will place the transducer on your stomach and aim it at your baby’s heart. You’ll likely be able to hear the heartbeat through a loudspeaker.

If you’re having a transvaginal ultrasound early in your pregnancy, the probe will be placed inside your vagina. The advantage of this type of ultrasound is that it can create a clearer picture of your baby since there’s no layer of fat or muscle between the probe and your uterine wall.

This special sound is called a fetal heart tone, and it’s actually the sound of your baby’s heart moving blood through her vessels.

But don’t be discouraged if you don’t hear anything on your first visit. There are a number of factors that can affect whether or not you’re able to detect a fetal heartbeat early on.

Factors that can increase your chance include being pregnant with twins or triplets (heartbeats are easier to amplify when there are more).

Are you pregnant?  Congratulations! You are about to embark on one of the most amazing, challenging, joyful and rewarding experiences of your life.

The excitement of knowing when the baby will be born and when will you be able to hold your baby in your hands, only a mother can know.
